Surajudeen Agbaje, Esq.

Surajudeen Gbenga Agbaje has practiced law in New York since his admission to the State Bar in 2000. Over more than two decades, he has built a practice centered on immigration law, helping clients across the Bronx and the greater New York area pursue citizenship, permanent residence, family reunification, and protection from removal.

His legal education began in Nigeria, where he earned a Bachelor of Laws from Obafemi Awolowo University in Ile-Ife and was called to the bar through the Nigerian Law School. He went on to qualify and build his career in New York, bringing an international perspective and a deep personal understanding of the immigrant experience to every case he handles.

Clients consistently describe Mr. Agbaje as a goal getter who is succinct, compassionate, and highly analytical. He is known for explaining complex immigration matters in plain language, setting honest expectations, and standing by his clients from the first consultation through resolution.
